The homestead comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 separate rooms.
There are 2 bathrooms shared among the accommodation.
Guests have exclusive use and enjoyment of the entrance hall with an open fire, library, drawing room and dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
Outdoor areas include the extensive front verandah, spacious front lawn & garden and the orchard with fire pit, not to mention a fully functioning farm on your back doorstep.
Optional extra experiences including, farm tours, catered meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and picnics are also available.
Rates
Nightly rate: $1,200/night (for a minimum of two nights) + cleaning fee
Cleaning fee: $500
All bookings include full access to house and amenities

Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of 50% for all nights.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive any refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if cancelling within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- Only when the booking is at least 14 days before check-in will we take into consideration circumstances where a change of booking dates, rather than a cancellation is required.
